Important Points

The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST, as applicable.
Registration is mandatory to attend the conference & will only be considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount / fee.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the organizers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings / valuables or damage to your property.
The registration fee does NOT include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Inclusions

Cancellation Policy

Kindly send the cancellation requests to clinvicon2026@cmcvellore.ac.in on or before January 20, 2026.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
No refunds against cancellation will be entertained post Jan 20, 2026; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government or any dire emergency.
The Organizing Committee’s decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone.
Only written/email requests will be considered.
