The registration fee mentioned above is INCLUSIVE of GST, as applicable.
Registration is mandatory to attend the conference & will only be considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount / fee.

The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly send the cancellation requests to clinvicon2026@cmcvellore.ac.in, on or before Jan 20, 2026.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
No refunds will be entertained post Jan 20, 2025; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government. The Organizing Committee decision will be final in this regard.
Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Only written/email requests will be considered.
